Founded in 2008, NMC Resource Corporation brings operating, advisory, and investment expertise across the natural resources and technology sectors.

NMC has developed and operated mining assets in South Korea, including the NMC Moland Mine, and led exploration activities at the Boss Mountain copper–molybdenum project in British Columbia, Canada.

The company also advises industrial and technology firms on cross-border M&A and invests in high-conviction ventures spanning natural resources and advanced technologies, including blockchain platforms such as Finhaven Technology, a global leader in real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure.

2010

Completed its public listing in Canada; commenced commercial production at the Moland Mine.

2011

Exploration program launched at Boss Mountain, British Columbia.
